Adjustable Vacuum Frame (AVF)

Reduce engineering time and expense by specifying a pre-designed Adjustable Vacuum Frame from EDCO USA. Full X-Y adjustability provides the flexibility to reconfigure the Adjustable Vacuum Frame to handle new product set-ups with minimal change-over time. Adjustable Vacuum Profiles (AVP) with Vacuum Grippers and special mounting brackets may be purchased individually whenever additional units are required.

You specify the frame length, width, number of adjustable profiles, and the number of vacuum grippers per profile so that the AVF exactly suits your application. There are no compromises because our kit is designed to your specifications. After your order is placed, EDCO will send a drawing of the assembly for your approval.

The perimeter frame is available in 1-1/2" square lightweight T-slot extrusion. Adjustable Vacuum Profiles with your choice of Vacuum Grippers are guided and secured at each end by special T-slot brackets that allow positioning at any point along the frame sides. Similarly, the Vacuum Grippers can be positioned as desired along the AVP profile to which they are attached.

The Vacuum Frame will be shipped as a kit to minimize freight charges, so final positioning of the AVP profiles and Vacuum grippers must be completed by the integrator. Air solenoid valves, tube fittings and tubing for pilot lines are not included but can be supplied by your local EDCO USA distributor.
