QUICK CHANGE SYSTEM QCS provides a cost-effective method to increase productivity by virtually eliminating end-of-arm tool change-over time. With QCS, a robot can be re-tooled for a different part and back in service within a few minutes. Compressed air and vacuum lines are automatically connected as the tool plate mates with the clamp base on the robot arm. The clamp handle can be indexed to a convenient position in 30-degree increments.

An optional Tool Park provides convenient storage and protection for end-of-arm-tools when not in service. One Tool Park per tool is required for effective operation.
