Triple & Quad Base Vacuum Pumps: Energy Saver & Automatic Variable Capacity Options

ES= Energy Saver assembly includes non-return valves and air pilot supply valves controlled via one adjustable pneumatic vacuum sensor to cycle the entire pump off when a preset vacuum level is achieved and back on when the vacuum level decreases. Primary pump control is via one remote air pilot signal with a maintained air supply to the pump base inlet port. Suited for non-porous or volume tank applications. A Quick Release valve (RP, RT) should also be specified.
AV= Automatic Variable Capacity configuration where air pilot valves are controlled via one remote air pilot signal plus adjustable pneumatic vacuum sensors to switch on/off sections of the pump as required by the sensor settings. One station of a triple and two stations of a quad pump remain active at all times. Non- return valves are included and a Quick Release valve (RP, RT) should be specified. Suited for both porous and non-porous applications or for any application where the system duty cycle includes high flowrate "roughing" plus long holding periods of high vacuum with lower flow rate requirement. Leakage or porosity losses during high vacuum phase are compensated for by the stations remaining active.
